Livestock Shipping Policy
This policy applies to:
FRESHWATER – SALTWATER LIVESTOCK
We ship worldwide but next day delivery is only available to the 48 continental United States. All livestock is shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver (or TNT Next Day Air if not available) with proper temperature control packs in box. We only ship Monday-Wednesday. If you prefer a specific day to ship, please attach a note or contact us with your order describing your specific request. UPS delivery time frame varies, generally late afternoon-evening.
Our Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive and as described. In the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival) we must be contacted within 3 hours of package delivery (UPS posted time), along with clear photos of the dead LIVESTOCK both in the shipping bag and out of bag. No exceptions or excuses, no credit without photo. Verified DOA’s will be fully refunded or credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges).
We insure all shipped items (including shipping cost) with TNT and UPS. In case of shipping delays or negligence by TNT or UPS, contact us and we will file a claim through.
